The first round of Butchers Club Burger’s Burger Takeover in July 2014 saw all-star Chef Vinny Lauria presenting his signature Meatball Burger – and the rest is history. The Burger Takeover has since gone from strength to strength, partnering with some of the finest chefs in Hong Kong and around Asia. This time will be no different, The latest round featuring New York-native Billy Otis, Head Chef of Hong Kong’s ever-popular dining hotspot Lily & Bloom.
On 12 April from noon – 2pm, Chef Billy will be making a special appearance at Butchers Club Burger on Wellington Street, Central to showcase Lily & Bloom’s specially designed burger, Bloom Smokey BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with Smokey Jalapeno Cheese Sauce, Applewood Bacon, Ancho BBQ Sauce, Crispy Onion Ring and Wagyu Patty. Priced at HK$160, 10% of proceeds will be donated to Chef Billy’s choice of charity, Foodlink Foundation.
Chef Billy’s Bloom Smokey BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger will be available in all three of Butchers Club Burger’s locations in Wan Chai, Central and Tsim Sha Tsui from the 12th-26th April, 2016. This special burger will also be available at Lily & Bloom during the promotional period.
