Their AntiGravity Fitness is a cut above other aerial classes as it is a fun and inspiring way to get kids regularly moving while developing learning habits that will stick with them for life. Flex’s highly trained kids’ instructor, Rebecca Wong, really understands the unique demands of growing bodies and how a different kind of workout can optimise young people’s health and general wellbeing. The AntiGravity™ Just Kids is the perfect introduction for kids aged six to eight, while the Aerial Arts is especially exciting for children aged 11 and over.
