Looking for a fun outdoor activity for the little one? From guided meditation to yoga exercises, this workshop is all about helping children learn about the benefits of yoga and staying active. Also, mamas are free to join! While sanitised mats are provided for the little ones, you’ll have to bring your own mat if you plan on tagging along.
Time: 3pm to 4pm (4 to 7 years old), 4:30pm to 5:30pm (8 to 12 years old)
