Read, Listen and Jump Your Way into the Record Books!

Help create a new Guinness World Record of having the most children read to by an adult in 24 hours – An initiative organised by Read Across the Globe, 15 cities around the world in every time zone will be united to raise awareness on the importance of literacy amongst children. With your help, Hong Kong can make a significant contribution to this great cause.

All participation fees received will be donated to two local charity organisations – HandsOn Hong Kong and Bring Me A Book.

The book to be read is Farmer Will Allen and the Growing Table by Jacqueline Briggs Martin. The selected book will help widen children’s knowledge in relation to food sustainability and urban farming, which is important with an ever increasing population.
