A Side/B Side’s chef John Irwin collaborates with L’Imperatrice to bring you a 5 course set wine pairing menu. Indulge in wines from Champagne, Burgundy and Rhone Valley with delicious culinary delights such as Grilled Squid, Atlantic Cod and Striploin of dry aged beef. Yums!
