Mamas, it’s time to discover your natural gift and embrace your peace from within.
This spring (on the Monday public holiday), Ms. Amy Chan, with her passion for yoga and psychology, will guide us to bring some “colour” to our bodies and minds. Expect a healing practice bringing awareness to the body and breath through pranayama, gentle stretching and twisting. By connecting with yourself and to others through partner work, here you will celebrate and appreciate your unique talents.
