From CNY-themed photo hotspots to virtual yoga, self-defence classes and storytelling, here are some free kid-friendly events going on this February.

Editor’s Note: The situation in Hong Kong regarding closures and restrictions on opening hours due to the coronavirus is constantly evolving. small wonder storytelling

Small Wonder Storytelling

With new videos every week, Small Wonder Storytelling is here to offer short tales for the little ones, in case you’re looking to embark on a virtual adventure with the kids. We especially enjoy the reading of Worries Go Away!, a book perfect for teaching the little ones how to handle their emotions and worries during these challenging times. The best part? The videos can be accessed on-demand on this YouTube channel, meaning the kids will be able to listen to their favourite story over and over again! The channel has been created by Hong Kong voiceover artist, Tracey. You could have the kids hear stories in a variety of accents, depending on what they are used to (or you’d like to introduce them to).
