Everyone loves a massage, and your baby is no different! So if you’re looking for a way to bond with your bub that’s calming, relaxing for both of you (and a million miles away from flashcards and circle time!), check out the informative and enjoyable classes at Baby & Me Massage.
Infant massage has long been known to help strengthen and develop the parent-child bond, allowing you deeper insight into your little one’s behaviours and body language (not to mention their more verbal methods of communication!). The Baby & Me Massage classes take place in a calming and relaxed environment led by a fully qualified instructor, and offer you the chance to learn more about this traditional practice as well as meeting other new mamas with tiny tots.
Teaching techniques derived from Indian and Swedish traditional massage, the classes also draw from yoga and reflexology to provide a holistic approach to the practice. Other than the obvious bonding benefits, infant massage can improve your bubs circulation, relieving gas and constipation and the symptoms of colic… no more ‘witching hour’ wailing? Sign us up!
