Summer holidays are right round the corner, mama, and we are on the hunt for fun-filled summer camps to keep the kiddos learning! Colour My World Summer Programme 2016 will keep the little ones on their toes with (both!) Visual Art and Performing Art departments. Designed for budding artists between 4 to 14 years old, their camps offer everything from Musical Theatre and Film Making, to Specialised Digital Media and Fine Art for the teens – plus lots more! There will even be plenty of global vendors (and lots of free gifts) to make sure this family day keeps the whole clan pleased!

The Kinnet’s Off Peak Pink Walk
The Kinnet, the cutest wellness centre dedicated to active ageing, is hosting the ‘Off Peak Pink Walk,’ to raise breast cancer awareness. This is the perfect way to get your dose of exercise, whilst supporting a very deserving cause. All proceeds go towards benefiting the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to eliminating the threat of breast cancer through education, support, research and advocacy. Time to get involved in this great initiative, mamas!

Nurturing Mummy and Baby Pre-natal Yoga
Calling all mamas-to-be! Join Claudia Tin this Wednesday for a special pre-natal yoga program (running for six weeks) for a safe and peaceful space where mothers can experience a quiet pause. Hong Kong mamas are used to a never ending to-do-list, so it’s important to make sure taking care of yourself is still kept a priority! We even hear the practices may lead to a smoother birthing experience. Sign us up!
