Lamma Fun Day Beach Music Festival

Bring your little bub along to check out this fun beach day fundraiser, and prepare for some music, games and all round fun! After 16 successful runs, Child Welfare Scheme Hong Kong is back with their biggest annual event. The day will have everything from live music, DJs, market stalls, arts and craft, food and drinks, a charity auction and sports and activities for the whole clan…

Chi Fan for Charity

The concept is simple, good eats for a good cause! Choose from the finest restaurants and book yourself a spot at this premiere charity dining event. Funds this year will be in aid of Mother’s Choice, a local charity close to our hearts which provides support for the many children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong.

When: Saturday, 5 November, 7:30pm onwards
Where: All over Hong Kong
How much: Seat prices range from $750 to $1500, and tables seat between 10 to 12 diners.

“Connecting with the Energy of Nature” in Hong Kong

Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre has partnered with Hong Kong Jockey Club to host a workshop on “Connecting with the Energy of Nature”, featuring Dr Claire Elouard. The workshop will discuss how we can work to develop our relationship with nature, which is often something lacking in our concrete city!

When: Tuesday, 1 November to Wednesday, 2 November

Kid’s Ocean Day with Ocean Recovery Alliance

Looking for a fun yet educational event to enrol your kid to? Why not sign them up to volunteer for the Kid’s Ocean Day event? The aim is to raise awareness of ocean preservation in a fun and engaging way. As a fun task, volunteers get to create ‘human art’ on the beach, as well as making a positive difference. Educational, environmentally friendly and entertaining!

When: Thursday, November 3
Where: Repulse Bay Beach, Beach road, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong
How much: Taking part is completely free!
