By participating in the Sassy Mama Reader Survey 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions or instructions stated where the promotion is advertised.

The Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Sassy Media Group Limited.

Promotion Period: The competition commences on 06/08/2025 and runs until 27/08/2025 (Promotion Period).

1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in Hong Kong.
2. It will be Sassy Media Group’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
3. The winner will be drawn from all eligible entries by Wednesday, 27 August 2025. The winner will be notified thereafter using the contact information provided in their entry form. Failure to make successful contact after 7 days will result in a new prize draw and a new winner. Prizes cannot be transferred and will not be delivered outside of Hong Kong.
4. Everyone who completes the Sassy Mama 2025 survey will have a chance to win a one-night stay for two adults and two children and a HKD$2,000 dining voucher at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, and x4 complimentary tickets to Ocean Park.
5. The usage of this gift voucher is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026, subject to hotel availability at the time of reservation.The prize subject to blackout dates (inclusive 1 & 7 & 29 October 2025, 24 – 26 & 31 December 2025, 1 January 2026, 17 – 19 February 2026, 3 – 7 April 2026, 1 & 24 – 25 May 2026, 19 June 2026, and 1 July 2026).
6. You must present the original copy of the gift voucher upon check-in and before the meal for redemption.
7. Advance reservation is required and can only be made via telephone or email. Please provide the voucher details at the time of reservation. 8. The gift voucher is applicable to all theme room types, including Panda Party Room, Mermaid Princess Room, Hong Kong Safari Room, Pirate Paradise Room, Rainbow Unicorn Room, and Jurassic Submarine Room.
9. Complimentary stay will be offered to 2 adults and 2 children only. In the event that the total price of the meal exceeds the value of the dining credits indicated on this gift voucher, any supplement charges for the additional guest or any remaining balance shall be charged to the guest’s own account.
10. The Ocean Park admission tickets are only valid on the arrival day. Tickets can be collected from the Front Desk prior to check-in time (standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.). Ocean Park reserves the right to amend the admission procedures, subject to weather conditions or actual circumstances, without prior notice. 11. The gift voucher is intended for leisure purpose only and cannot be used for any private event, banquet consumption or commercial purposes.
12. The gift voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
13. The gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges or frequent flyer programmes.
14. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will not be obliged to replace the voucher if it is damaged, lost, mislaid or stolen. Damaged, photocopied or tampered vouchers will not be accepted.
15. Sassy Media Group and The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions. In the case of a dispute, the decision of Sassy Media Group will be final.
16. Data Protection: By opting to receive email newsletters from Sassy Mama, you will be added to the Sassy Mama mailing list, so you can be in the loop about future Sassy Mama news. We will share your email address with the sponsors of the prize and your email address will be added to the sponsor´s email mailing list.
17. Please let us know if you do not want your email address to be added to Sassy Mama’s or the sponsors’ mailing lists. However, the transfer of the prize winner’s contact details to the sponsor is necessary for the provision of the prize.
