Atsuyo et Akiko

The gorgeous Atsuyo et Akiko is just the most beautifully whimsical, hip but not too precious line of clothing for kids. Created by two Japanese designers who now are based in Brooklyn, the collection is filled with lovely prints, textiles and French words (we can never resist that!). We love that there are equally super-cute things for little boys and girls (too often boys get the short end of the stick when it comes to kid fashion). The soft little beanie hats with masks printed on them above are just too adorable.

The slightly distressed-looking tutus and tee’s speak right to my soul as a mama – that alphabet t-shirt is basically educational too, right? Purchase justified!

And we wouldn’t be Sassy Mama if we didn’t point out that there’s also a little something for us in the range… This Je t’aime bag and fun necklaces are going straight onto my wishlist.
