If there’s one thing we love about Castelo Concepts, it’s their large Aussie-style breakfasts that have us singing their praises on a Sunday (or any) morning! Yet another Castelo classic, Oolaa is super family friendly and no stranger to breakfast. From Buttermilk Pancakes to Dynamite Cheese and Vegemite Pizzas, you and your kiddos will be spoilt for choice – but be sure to make room for the crowning glory – the Brekky Bruchetta Smash ($130)!
We’re talking a fresh mix of tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese, two poached eggs and citrus infused hollandaise! Not enough to whet your appetite? An extra portion of smoked bacon or Cumberland pork sausages is bound to do it!

Let’s be frank – anything which combines avocado and egg together is a sure winner in our books, so go on, take a cheeky detour on the way to the office or back home…
Butcher & Baker presents not one, but TWO amazing avocado dishes that present the ultimate decision… so we usually order both, and that’s definitely okay.

Last but certainly not least, is this classic smashed avocado recipe whipped up by The Mixing Bowl. They’re taking us back to basics with good ol’ avo on freshly baked homemade bread topped with two poached eggs (an essential!) and juicy, roasted vine tomatoes ($75).
We highly recommend grabbing your mama pals, ordering up this gem alongside a stack of fluffy pancakes and settling in for the morning. Bon Appétit!
