Famed for their amazing ice cream sandwiches, Elephant Grounds don’t do things by halves! Take their Avocado and Pesto on Sourdough (with a poached egg!) for example… big chunks of creamy avocado blanketed with a runny yolk – perfection!

Butcher & Baker presents not one, but TWO amazing avocado dishes that present the ultimate decision… so we usually order both, and that’s definitely okay.

Last but certainly not least, is this classic smashed avocado recipe whipped up by The Mixing Bowl. They’re taking us back to basics with good ol’ avo on freshly baked homemade bread topped with two poached eggs (an essential!) and juicy, roasted vine tomatoes ($75).
We highly recommend grabbing your mama pals, ordering up this gem alongside a stack of fluffy pancakes and settling in for the morning. Bon Appétit!
