Eco-conscious resto, Grassroots Pantry offers up organic and natural health food options, with a menu that caters to all dietary needs.
We love the filling Signature Salad ($138) which comes with curly kale greens, sprouted seeds, cranberry, beetroot and an orange-cashew dressing. Topped with a Macadamia “cheese”, this salad is raw, vegan, gluten-free and even Buddhist friendly!
If you’re in the Sheung Wan neighbourhood and craving some crunchy greens, opt for Purple Tomato, a small salad takeaway which offers plenty of options!
One of the most popular remains the P. Tomato ($72) a lush lunch box filled with grilled steak, bacon, boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, goat cheese, romaine and dressed with caramelised onion vinaigrette.

We’re long-time fans of the Super Duo Rocket Salad ($88) with a base of rocket leaves topped with quinoa, cucumber and cherry tomatoes and red onions. The real star being the feta cheese and sun dried tomato and basil vinaigrette. The best part? They’ll deliver straight to your desk or home!
With branches all over town, Cali-Mex is well known for their cheap and hefty burritos, but they also offer a build-your-own Taco Salad bowl ($78)!
Satisfying your cravings and keep your health goals on track, enjoy your salad ‘naked’, or in a cheeky crispy tortilla bowl topped with shredded lettuce, mixed beans, chicken, spinach or beef.
