Little Bao

With its cheeky neon cartoon kid’s face logo to draw you in, Sassy Mama just can’t get enough of May Chow’s Little Bao. What started as a stall in the Island East Markets is now the coolest diner in town. Little Bao serves her take on traditional Chinese bao – which means delicious pork belly, vegetarian “Sloppy Chan” and fish tempura versions – alongside sharing plates, sweet but salty LB fries, and the most delicious deep fried green tea ice bao for dessert.
