Mr Brown

Located in the restaurant-packed Ship Street in Wan Chai, Mr Brown is a popular Grill and Smokehouse. The name comes from the Southern slang referring to the dark, smoky outside part of barbecued pork shoulder. The menu includes dishes to share that are made with Australian style wood-fired cooking. You can expect a choice of fresh fish, succulent cuts of meat and flavoursome vegetable dishes all of which are smoked, roasted, baked and grilled to perfection.
