NAKED Gurume Gyarari

This new Soho spot is the brainchild of the people behind the hip and happening organic resto, Locofama, in Sai Ying Pun. NAKED Gurume Gyarari also uses quality, organic ingredients but focuses more on a Japanese style of dining. Having said that, some of the ingredients have distinctively European flavours (we’re talking Iberico ham, homemade pasta and quails eggs), so there are some seriously interesting fusion-style dishes on offer. If you’re looking for a meal full of surprises, definitely try this one out.
