For those of you working or living in the Sheung Wan area, you’ll be pleased to hear about this healthy salad joint on Jervois Street. Since finding healthy lunch options can be a struggle, here in the Sassy office we were delighted to try out these ‘chef-designed’ salads. With a range of different salads to choose from – Cobb Salad, Chef’s Salad, Greek Salad, to name but a few – and plenty of additional toppings too, Purple Tomato is a great light lunch option.
