Head to Aberdeen Sports Ground with the family this Sunday, 21 April and welcome the FWD South China Tigers – the Greater Bay Area’s newest professional rugby team. Soak up the atmosphere as the players get stuck into Global Rapid Rugby, an innovative new competition where sport and entertainment collide!
You’re in for a great day out with fun for the whole family. Before, during and after the match your little ones will be entertained by balloon twisters, face painters and stilt walkers as well as getting involved in arts and crafts. And that’s before we get to the cheerleaders, lion dancing, fireworks and of course all the rugby action!
To make this event extra kid-friendly, with every adult ticket purchased (from $200), two under-12s enter free! As an added bonus, children will be invited to get involved in a pre-match mini rugby clinic and to be flag-bearers as the professionals enter the field. Arrive as the gates open at 12:30pm to get involved in all the action, including an Easter eggs scavenger hunt for kids before the 3:10pm kick-off.
When: Sunday, 21 April, gates open 12:30pm, kick-off 3:10pm; Sunday 12th May, 4:00pm
