This November, the Hong Kong Mental health Conference will bring together experts and showcase research efforts into understanding youth mental health in today’s society. For those looking to better understand and support their teens at home, this conference is not one to miss. While you’re getting your tickets for the conference, remember to also check out the Hong Kong Youth Summit. The Youth Summit will feature interactive sessions, panel discussions and other activities surrounding the theme “Resilience: Supporting each other and ourselves“. In promotion of mental health awareness, all ticketing proceeds will go towards Mind HK’s activities, including the Coolminds programmes.
Time: 9am to 6pm
Editor’s Note: The situation in Hong Kong regarding closures and restrictions on opening hours due to the coronavirus is constantly evolving. At the moment, social distancing regulations are in place for various businesses in Hong Kong, so please make sure you follow the latest government advice. It is also a good idea to check via the event provider’s website/Facebook page to see if there are any last-minute changes to these events and that you are aware of any restrictions they have put in place.
