As part of the #MOVEITHK initiative by Mind HK that is aiming to raise awareness for mental health in Hong Kong, Mindful Movement is hosting a Mass Meditation and Gong Bath. Escape the hustle and bustle and go on a meditation, light yoga and sound bath journey.
Research has shown 1 in 4 will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime, and through this event, we hope to raise awareness of how exercise benefits our physical and mental health and to destigmatize mental health and improve attitudes and awareness in Hong Kong.
