The Ritz-Calton, Hong Kong is offering a summer cooking programme for kids that will help them discover new tastes, textures and aromas of different foods, while also allowing them to practise their language, motor and cognitive skills through food preparation and play. Designed and led by the Hotel’s culinary experts, the hands-on, interactive cooking workshops come in several difficulty levels and various engaging themes, such as Mamma Mia (Italian cuisine), Home Sweet Home (baking and desserts) and Wake Me Up Before School (breakfast dishes).
The programme also caters to older children and adults. The Eat Healthy-themed workshops focus on nutritious, vegan-friendly, and immune system boosting dishes, highlighting the importance of good nutrition and making healthy food choices.
Classes range from 90 mins to 120 mins and are for children 7 years and up. More details available for download here.
