The team of late-night Nikkei restaurant and bar TokyoLima is collaborating with “social house” Neon Pigeon (Singapore) to bring this dining experience pop-up. Featuring Bartender Corbin Tay and Chef de Cuisine Dennis Smit, head to Central any night from Monday, 22 April to Wednesday, 24 April for fusion flavours and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
