STEM With Tram: Early Summer Bootcamp

Are the kids missing their tram rides? We all love our iconic “Ding Dings” and HK Tramways has just announced its new sister company — tramplus! With the aim of passing on the legacies of its century-old craftsmanship (not to mention keeping our kids entertained!) tramplus is hosting a four-day STEM bootcamp. Along the way your kids will build a solar-powered tram kit, learn about sustainability and smart cities, design their own app and learn about UI/UX and prototyping, learn basic coding using MIT’s Scratch and take a closer look at the tech behind self-driving cars! A certificate will also be given upon completing the course.

Ages: 9 to 15 years (Parental guidance and prior Scratch experience required for kids aged 12 years and under)
When: Monday, 11 to Thursday 14, April 2022; 10am to 12pm (Monday and Tuesday), 10am to 1pm (Wednesday and Thursday)
