As the growing fitness market for women in Hong Kong gains more traction, David Tanner, Founder of HK Running has launched a new series of running events for women only. Participants who sign up will get a 5 week Running and Yoga Program to help them prepare, or to build on their fitness to for the run.
Partnering with the best yoga instructors and yoga studios in Hong Kong, we EVEN get the chance to check out studios (or follow along to instructional videos for each of the 5 weeks of training). Plus, for mamas looking to try something new, the regular Running and Yoga Meet-ups could be just the place!
The run will be suited to beginners and seasoned racers alike (a combination of concrete and trail for 5km). And as a bonus, there’ll be great prizes to top it all off!
