Known to be a great way for developing self-awareness and mindfulness, breathwork and meditation are very beneficial to children as it is to parents. Designed to reduce stress and increase mental resilience, the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) is hosting 60-minute workshops throughout February and March this spring. The workshops are hosted every Tuesday and will include simple, family-friendly yoga movements and breathwork exercises. Suitable for kids aged 8 to 12.
