We’re big fans of the private sessions (which are customised to suit you) and semi-private classes, with just two or three students (taught on the mat and using specialised pilates apparatus). It’s worth keeping in mind that beginners must complete several private lessons before being allowed to joining the more intense and fast-paced, semi-private classes. The group mat classes are open to all levels and ability (whether you’re a beginner, expert or somewhere in between!) designed with business folk in mind, they offer a moderate-paced workout with easy-to-follow cues; perfect for building a strong foundation.
