No, not me! (Although admittedly there are days where I easily feel 50, going on 60, when chasing after my toddler.) But Instant Goddess hits the half century blog mark this week, so Happy Birthday Instant Goddess! You have kept me going through highs and lows and always make me smile – thank you.

I talked about this a while ago, but it’s definitely worth banging on about again – Mango’s online store for Hong Kong. Although many of the Mango stores that used to grace these shores have now disappeared, a pretty good online Mango store has emerged for Hong Kong – far better than the one I originally blogged about last year. Shipping is free on orders over $1500, so load up those shopping baskets, Goddesses! And I’m liking what I see. Both the selection of designs and the prices are very Instant Goddess-friendly!

A couple of months ago I blogged about my latest jewellery discovery – Caty on Caine Road – and since then have had to keep myself on a tight leash whilst walking past, as every week new supplies arrive and there’s always something in the window that catches my eye.

Midweek meal inspiration

I was cooked this little number for brunch one Saturday by a friend of mine at her new boyf’s house where they only serve chilled Cristal, (oh, and water if you need it!) I give you fave Aussie chef, Donna Hay’s Chorizo, Spinach and Ricotta Frittata. In Donna’s own words it’s “Fast, fresh and simple” and if that isn’t Instant Goddess-worthy then I don’t know what is.

Tip: my friend ran out of cream so added Philadelphia cream cheese and a bit of milk instead, and it was DELICIOUS…maybe even better than the cream that Donna suggests?
