Sassy Mama Giveaway: The 4th Annual Children’s Charity Carnival

Growing up in safe, prosperous Hong Kong, it can sometimes be hard for our kids to fully comprehend just how lucky they really are. So what better way to help them appreciate what they have than to encourage them to give back to the community around them? The 4th Annual Children’s Charity Carnival takes place on January 20 at Bom City in West Kowloon, and its aim is simple: to nurture a charitable mentality in our kids though fun and learning.

Voluntary groups from around HK will be there to share their organisations’ aims and objectives, and youngsters are encouraged to educate themselves on the work of a charity that is close to their heart before donating. As well as being a great learning opportunity there’ll be fun performances throughout the day including African drumming, creative drama, music recitals, and even a baby lion dance!

Cost: $100 per adult; $60 per child with proceeds donated to good causes.
