It’s never too early for sunrise salutations! A Mother’s Touch offers these Yoga4Baby classes for mum and baby to bond over simple yoga exercises that nurture the mind and body. Acqua Baby Splash Swimming
Get baby in the water at a young age with these fun and safe swimming classes, hosted by Hong Kong Parkview. Acqua Babies swim program teaches babies to get comfortable in the water, while developing their natural reflexes such as holding their breath and opening their eyes when submerged. Classes take place in Parkview’s sparkling clean facilities, complete with changing rooms, towels and complimentary parking.

PEKiP Infant Courses
Under the guidance of experienced instructors, PEKiP classes for infants allow for parents and caregivers to interact with babies and explore a host of movement and sensory exercises. Each class is limited to eight babies and eight mothers, so everyone is guaranteed one-on-one attention and guidance. Classes are also divided based on age group: 6 weeks to 3 months, 4 to 6 months and 7 to 12 months.
