Mamas, you may all be familiar with 30-year-old Hong Kong restaurant chain Nam Kee Spring Roll Noodle, but have you heard of its more modern sister restaurant, Nam Kee H? If you’ve been looking for a nutritious and delicious noodle joint without all the added MSG and preservatives, this is the perfect spot to take the fam!

The ‘H’ stands for “health, hope and happiness” and that’s exactly what Nam Kee H embodies – a place where you can feel happy and healthy about yourself while slurping down a tasty bowl of noodles. This family-friendly eatery offers up a wide range of Asian noodles including veggie laksa, Vietnamese-style pho, homemade porcini dumplings and tomato udon soup. We love all the veggie-loaded options, especially if you’re trying to counteract the carbs!

We love that Nam Kee H is a kid-friendly joint, with comfortable booths for large families, iPads for kids to play on and a special kids’ menu which includes scrambled eggs, deep fried tofu balls, noodles and juice options. Need a fab party space to host your kid’s next birthday? The healthy eatery is available to rent out and with its comfortable and spacious seating, speaker system and tasty items on the menu – including special Thai and Vietnamese party menus on request – everyone is sure to have a blast! All the catering can be provided by the restaurant for just $80 a person ($1,000 min. charge on the weekends), meaning you don’t have to lift a finger in the kitchen!

So if you’re looking for a new go-to noodle joint where you and your little ones can happily slurp away without the hectic in-and-out pace of local noodle joints, this is sure to become your new fave spot to hang out with the fam! Stop by during lunch for $69-88 lunch sets – it may be slightly pricier than local noodle stands, but for the atmosphere and the quality of ingredients, we’d be willing to pay a lot more!
