You’re Invited: CAMP mama kid Popup Launch at Lane Crawford Canton Road

We all know that a shop with a dedicated kids’ corner aimed at keeping wee ones occupied is nothing short of brilliant.  Well Lane Crawford and the uber-cool kids concept store mama kid are taking things up a sizeable notch with their “CAMP mama kid” popup shop launching on 1 September at LC’s new (and totally fabulous) event space BLITZ in their Canton Road location. This specially curated outpost of the hip children’s boutique will offer up not just a cool range of fab gear for you and the kiddos, but its groovy ‘summer camp’ theme will offer the little ones loads and loads to do (sidewalk art!  Yo-yo like a pro!).  So you can go ahead and browse the designer apparel (we’re loving the cool organic cotton tees from Atelier Atsuyo et Akiko), gear (like the very cool – and very limited edition – Bugaboo Neon), novelty toys, books, and accessories knowing that kids are more than simply occupied.

The activity-filled launch event on September 1 features a ton of crafts, story-telling and other fun workshops – and what’s more, a portion of the sale proceeds from the entire period will be donated to the Ronald MacDonald House in Shatin which provides short term stays in a homey, residential setting for seriously ill children and their families.

*Note: Launch event Camp activities have limited capacity so be sure to sign you kids up ahead of time to avoid disappointment!  Register by calling Cissy on +852 2118 2323. The kid’s events will take place on the launch day only. The rest of the period will consist of the pop up stores. The store will be open from 10am – 10pm daily.
