Annual Sai Kung Sports Carnival

The Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy Charity Foundation and Sai Kung District Community Centre have come together to host their second annual Sai Kung Sports Carnival in an effort to bring the local community together in a fun-filled weekend of sports and games! The Carnival aims to promote the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle by providing families in Sai Kung with the opportunity to come together and share in the joy and fun of sports. So grab your bubs and join with a ton of games from miniature golf and tennis to Bubble Soccer, sports themed face painting and three bouncy castles! Look out for stunt biking and skateboarding performances throughout the day, as well as a number of stalls offering yummy food and drinks.

When: Saturday, 21 May – Sunday, 22 May, 11am-5pm
Where: Mei Yuen Street, Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong (next to Sai Kung District Community Centre)

Ride of Silence

Cyclists and all alike, you’re invited to ride together in memory of the ten people who passed away while cycling in Hong Kong last year, and to support around 2,500 who were injured. An annual, worldwide event, The Ride of Silence in Hong Kong is one of hundreds, allowing cyclists to quietly make the statement that “we are here”, and deserve respect on the road.
