At the beginning of the super hipster and trendy Gough Street in Soho lies the Caudalie Boutique Spa and Store. As an avid watcher of YouTube beauty gurus, I’m familiar with the brand as their products are considered beauty cult items like the Beauty Elixir. What I didn’t know was that right above the store was their boutique spa that’s an oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Soho.

The Caudalie Boutique spa offers several different treatments that range from luxurious facials to relaxing body treatments that use all their in-house products such as the Vinoperfect, Vinosource and other grape-seed polyphenols filled products to name a few. Lucky for me, I had the chance to indulge in the Divine Body Treatment for 50 minutes ($800) with their award wining Diving Oil line.

Once I arrived, I was taken through their fully stocked and beautifully laid out store to the back where there was a row of comfortable seats set to personalised vanities. I was introduced to my therapist, Priscilla and then lead upstairs to the treatment rooms.

There are a total of two treatment rooms which makes for an intimate and quiet space to unwind. I was welcomed to a dimly lit, warm and fragrant room with a large rain shower attached. Before I started the treatment, I was thankful for the chance to shower off the perspiration (ahem!) with Caudalie’s Thé Des Vignes body wash.

Priscilla used a mix of French and Chinese massage techniques that meant for a combination between light to medium pressure on the pressure points. Using the Caudalie’s Divine Oil which consist of four plant based oils with a delicate floral fragrance (which happens to my personal fave!) of rose, grapefruit, pink pepper, vanilla, cedar and white musk. Not only is the oil moisturising, it is also antioxidant rich, hydrating and adds radiance to your skin.

I felt revitalised, tight muscles loosened and my skin bearing a glowing complexion from the moisturising and nourishing treatment. I would definitely go back to try out their unique facials like Premier Cru facial or the Vinosource Anti-Oxidant Hydrating facial.

Treat yourself, mama and spend an hour or two getting some much needed R&R sans kiddos at the Caudalie Boutique Spa – you’ll thank me later!
