Ifat was born in Israel and grew up in the Caribbean and HK. She's a chef, photographer, a wife to her high school crush and mother to three. After battling health issues for many years, Ifat made it her life mission to create nutritious and delicious meals for all ages. She loves sharing what she learns in the hopes of helping others.
