Marion Déchy, Author at Sassy Mama

Marion is French and arrived in Hong Kong in 2005. She hired a domestic worker who stayed with her family for 12 years and learnt a lot from this relationship. After working in a recruitment agency for domestic workers for four years, she joined Uplifters, a non-profit organisation offering online education for domestic workers in Asia, where she felt she could positively impact this community. She truly believes that employers’ awareness is key.
