Melanie was born in the U.S., but got introduced to the great 852 by her Hong Kong-born husband over 10 years ago. Together they founded Helpwise to provide practical, relatable advice for employers of domestic helpers. Melanie teaches workshops, offers private consultations, and speaks throughout Hong Kong, advising on hiring, managing, and professionalizing the employer/helper relationship.
