Sarah realised the security and routine of her life in the UK wasn’t for her any more and upped and left 5 years ago to start travelling the world as a scuba dive instructor and freelance writer. Landing in Hong Kong on a 4 day layover she feel immediately in love with the city and decided this was the place she wanted to hang up her backpack for a while.
