Switch it up and opt for a nice afternoon tea with the hubby instead of dinner at the Two-Michelin star resto, Duddell’s! This year, they’re partnering up with a Sassy Mama fav, Monica Vinader to kick off a month long celebration on Valentine’s Day. What’s Valentine’s Day without a love potion? Head over to either Aqua in Tsim Sha Tsui or Armani/Aqua in Central as their resident London mixologist, Simone Rossi, whips up a refreshing mix of absinthe, gin, raspberry, lemon and yuzu with apricot foam. The bright magenta hue from the dusted raspberry powder will cast a spell upon your night.

Launching on Valentine’s Day, Zuma is collaborating with the iconic fragrance house, Penhaligon to come up with four unique cocktails from award winning bartender, Arkadiusz Rybak, that runs until 31 March. Using the profile of four different scents, Rybak has created four cocktails ($110 each) to compliment the scent. We’re excited to try the Duchess Rose which consist of mandarin, champagne and rose infused vodka distilled by the man himself! Make sure to check it out and take home a sample of the luxury fragrance as well.

Who says V-Day is just for couples? Head over to The Optimist if you’re looking for a sweet but spicy cocktail with the girls on a mama night out.
