Overlooking Chater Road in Central, the décor is elegantly simple and warm, a perfect parallel to the award-winning food. Definitely save room for his famed pear tart, but don’t hold back on the mains either. Each dish is crafted with fresh quality ingredients and a celebration of Italian cooking – and Michelin agrees, having now awarded this joint the coveted three stars. We’ve heard great things about the drinks here too.
