Looking for a fab fitness class specifically designed for the postnatal mama? Look no further than BabyCircuit. Mama attends the class with her little one and each session lasts one hour. Postnatal qualified instructors will  teach you a variety of exercises: cardio, core, strength work, flexibility training and more… to target the areas of the body effected by pregnancy and birth (to help bring the body back in correct postural alignment).

Psst: There will also be a big mat and toys for mama and baby to enjoy some play time together.

Please note: For mums to attend, BabyCircuit require that you have the green light from your doctor to commence exercise; which is typically after the 6 week check-up for a natural delivery and 8-10 weeks after a caesarean delivery.

BabyCircuit offer a free trial class so mums can try them out and then check out all the available packages.
