Previously known as Modos, Bove is currently rebranding and now making both the much-loved Hong Kong egg waffles and the Japanese style soufflé pancakes- fluffy crispy, savoury or sweet! Bove’s flavours are inspired from international cuisines and offers the most interesting recipes from the likes of Orange Chocolate Eggettes ($22) to more traditional flavours with original being priced at $17. Just three weeks ago, the matcha line was launched. One interesting note about Bove is that it uses a special technique of incorporating fillings into egg waffles so instead of the traditional way of making egg waffles which cooks it up very rapidly, Bove incorporates flavours more deeply!
