Fei Jie

For the adventurous foodie, try squid tentacles and chicken kidney (amongst the usual suspects!) so it’s not for the faint of heart. The signature here is a combo of small intestines, squid tentacles, and kidney. Other offerings include large intestines, pork heart, and pork head. Drizzle over some mustard. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! The quickest to get to Fei Jie is through the Yau Ma Tei station exit A2. It takes a five-minute walk to reach Fei Jie. This just reminds you how connected Hong Kong really is!
