Limewood

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a beachside dinner at Limewood. You can have your fill of Surf & Turf specials such as Grilled Lobster with Black Garlic Butter, a BBQ Australian Wagyu Tomahawk, plus an exclusive “supersized” version of Limewood’s signature pavlova – all perfect for sharing!

Limewood is also hosting a Beach & Beats brunch party on New Year’s Day. If your kids missed out on the food feast the previous night, bring them down to try the specials as well as all the Limewood classics, while a DJ mixes up a storm in the bar. No tickets necessary.

Sip Song

Welcome in the new year with a taste of Thailand! Sip Song has prepared two gorgeous New Year’s specials for families and friends celebrating the new decade. Enjoy a bountiful fresh seafood platter, featuring coconut-poached lobster, oysters, dancing red prawns and more, alongside Grilled Short Rib with Sikhorng San, Spice-Pickled Cucumber and Fresh Herbs. All dinner guests will receive a complimentary glass of Villalta Prosecco.

The same special dishes will be available on New Year’s Day, with a two-hour free-flow package option of prosecco or rosé for $250 per person.

Brickhouse

Get set for the new decade by partying at Brickhouse. It’s hosting a “Party Through the Decades” bash featuring music from the 80s and onwards. Pitchers of Brickhouse’s signature margaritas will be on offer for $300. Brickhouse will be accepting reservations between 6pm to 9pm for this special occasion, and those who make a booking will receive a complimentary margarita pitcher. Since it’s Brickhouse, expect the Tequila Wheel to be in full commission and a house-round of Jose Cuervo tequila for all revellers at midnight.

Stockton

Love the vibe of a speakeasy? Stockton is hosting a Roaring 20s affair with live music for New Year’s Eve. Make a reservation to celebrate the New Year countdown (pre-11pm) and receive a complimentary bottle of Bollinger Champagne. In addition to the usual tipples, Stockton will be bringing back its delicious Ribston Apple cocktail, made with Bushmills Whisky and festive flavours, exclusively for the night for $100 per drink.

John Anthony

If you’re looking for a classy New Year’s Eve affair, head to John Anthony and opt for the tasting menu ($680/person for nine dishes served family-style). The nine dishes include the delicious Pink Rosé Lobster Har Gao and Truffled Rice with Egg White, Spinach & Pine Nuts. All guests also get a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival.

On Wednesday, 1 January, you can opt for a two-hour free-flow package option of red wine, white wine and champagne for $250. This is available for lunchtime servings only.

Mott 32

Take it up a notch with an extravagant New Year’s Eve Set Dinner at Mott 32. This 10-dish menu features the restaurant signatures, such as Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork and Roasted Peking Duck (served with Parisian Oscietre Caviar as a New Year’s Eve special). All guests get a complimentary glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV on arrival.

Reservations for New Year’s Eve at Mott 32 are available in two seatings: 6:00PM – 8:30PM ($1,380/person); 8:30PM until late ($1,680/person).

On New Year’s Day, there will be a 2-hour free-flow option with the regular a la carte menu, for $350 per person.
