With 10-course dinner menu curated by some of Hong Kong’s most-celebrated Spanish chefs, this one-night dinner collaboration is definitely not one to miss (especially if you’re fan of avocado lobster rolls). On top of the mouth-watering menu, La Rambla will be donating all proceeds from this dinner to World Central Kitchen, a non-profit organisation that aims to support frontline healthcare workers through meal deliveries.
