Ladies Day Out: Fitness x Coffee x Cakes

In conjunction with Mother’s Day, will Quintensity Fitness will  be partnering with Jo Sun Coffee and YellowCircle to host a”Workout, Drink Coffee & Eat Cake” event for all mummies out there at KAFNU, 2/F, Kerry Hotel, Hung Hom.  There should be something for every mum at this event, there will be resistance band training, coffee tasting and cupcake decorating. The event runs from 10am to 12:30pm.

Dress in activewear and remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
