Celebrate the season of hope and new beginnings with YogaUP! In collaboration with yoga teacher Nicola, the workshop will start off with a yoga practice and end with a short meditation session. With the help of vision boards and other activities, you’ll be able to remind yourself of your goals and hopes for the future.
