Join the Women’s Five and embark on an empowering journey of fitness, health and inspiration. Created by the founder of HK Running David Tanner, this 5-week female-only program combines running, yoga, meditation, and event talks to help you achieve your goals. Ending in a 5 km race, this event is suited to beginners and seasoned racers with great prices to top it all off!
Registration for the five-week program closes on 17 November. The Women’s Five run will take place on 18 November at 8.30 am. Part of the proceeds will benefit Rainlily, a local charity dedicated to providing protection to sexual violence victims.
