When this London girl heard that her all-time-favourite UK restaurant was popping up in HK, she knew it was something she had to share. For two nights only, from Wednesday, 5 April, to Thursday, 6, April, Hawksmoor London will be popping up at one of Hong Kong’s favourite restos, Rhoda for an extra special collaboration. With an incredible nine-course feast by Chef Nate Green of Rhoda and Richard Turner, of Hawksmoor, it’s definitely something to get excited about!

If you haven’t heard of Hawksmoor, let me fill you in a little. Renowned in the UK as the place to go for meat lovers, serving up some of the best steak you can get your hands on, Hawksmoor is famed for its high-quality ingredients, incredible food and laid-back vibe. The man behind Hawksmoor, Richard Turner is hailed world-wide as a meat master and is also responsible for barbecue restaurant, Pitt Cue. So, carnivores – this is the pop-up for you!

Sure to be an unforgettable culinary experience, the menu is set to combine both restaurants and chef’s expertise, with an amazing a family-style feast of artisan meats and seafood, cooked over Rhoda’s signature charcoal fire. Using only the finest beef, sustainably sourced seafood and seasonal vegetables, the nine-course menu features mouth-watering dishes such as Braised wild Hereford short rib on toast with Sturia caviar and Charcoal grilled Tomahawk Steak. Ending with the delightful sounding sticky toffee sundae, we just wish this menu would be around for more than two nights!
