Special Menus and Offers

rhoda truffle menu - truffle menu hk

Rhoda

To celebrate Rhoda’s first birthday, we checked out the newly launched 7-course truffle menu. Through comforting, reminiscent flavours and contemporary, Hong Kong-specific twists, Chef Nate Green successfully strikes the balance between homely and effortlessly cool. The menu begins with raw Hokkaido Scallops, paired with smoked cod roe and Sturia Caviar. With Irish Black Angus Beef, Sea Bass, and 30-month Comté all featuring, you know you’ll be leaving stuffed and satisfied. A stellar combination. One of our favourite dishes is the Italian Asparagus, with Agria Potato Purée. This soft, buttery mash is melt-in-your-mouth heaven. To satisfy your sweet tooth, Rhoda’s signature creamy cheesecake seals the deal. Oh, and did we mention that every dish on the menu is topped with a generous helping of Australian truffle shavings? After all, ‘tis the season…

Available until Thursday, 10 August, for $1,498 per person.
